Judy Rozier Beebe
Happily retired in 2007, Judy’s life was missing just one little thing: A cupcake that was worth the money and the calories. Curiosity turned into obsession, and a love of baking was born. Turning passion into a business, a little over a year after baking her first cupcake, Sweet Frostings opened its doors.
Judy was raised in the small farming town of Wilbur, Washington. She graduated from Eastern Washington University in 1987 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Organizational and Mass Communication. After working in insurance for several years, she began a career in the mortgage lending industry where she worked for 18 years as a senior loan officer. She opened her own mortgage company in 1997 and retired in 2008. Judy is married and has one son and three stepchildren.
From an early start as a cake decorator, Sally worked her way up to regional salesperson for food giant ADM Milling Co. So when her good friend Judy asked her to give it all up to start a bakery, naturally she said “NO WAY”. Eventually the idea of spending less time on the road won over, and Sally brought her extensive baking experience to Sweet Frostings.
Sally was raised in the small Washington town of Gig Harbor and later attended Tacoma Community College for Business Management. After decorating cakes at Safeway for 11 years, she was promoted to bakery merchandiser and relocated to the Inland Northwest. Five years later she became a merchandiser for URM Stores. In 2000, she took a sales position with ADM Milling Co., which gave her the opportunity to attend the American Institute of Baking. Sally and her husband David have three children.
